PRIVACY POLICY – Bento MDM & Bento FSM Apps

User Provided Information

The Bento MDM and Bento FSM software applications collect the information you provide when you download and create user accounts Please note that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Bento MDM and Bento FSM applications unless you create an user account.

When you register an account within the Bento MDM and Bento FSM applications and use them, you typically provide (a) your name, e-mail address, user name, password and other registration information; (b) transaction information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) the information you provide us when you contact us for help; (e) information that you enter into our system when you use the applications, such as contact information and professional files managed through our system.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notifications and marketing promotions.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, both Bento MDM and Bento FSM may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:

• Hardware device ID’s: Bento MDM and Bento FSM applications collect IMEI, the serial number and SIM card details (included phone number) of your mobile device, which allows us to uniquely identify the device and present it to it administrators or managers for device management and inventory purposes.

 

• Application inventory: The Bento MDM and Bento FSM software collects information about the applications installed and running on your device and makes it available to your IT Admins. This helps IT administrators approve or dis-approve the use of certain applications if you are using a company-owned device and they violate the Company privacy policy.

• Device Location: Based on your organization settings, Bento MDM and Bento FSM applications collects your location periodically and makes it available to IT Admins so that they can the status and location of the device.

 

The difference between personal phones/tablets and mobile work devices

If you have been invited by your company to add a business profile to your personal device, then we DO NOT collect any personal information related to the private use of your device. (out of working profile).

 

Data Security

Bento MDM & Bento FSM applications ensure the security of the data they collect and do not share with other third-party companies. The above-mentioned applications provide data collected only within your organization. / it administrators.

We are concerned about protecting the confidentiality of your information. For example, we limit access to this data to authorized employees and contractors who need to have access to information to use, develop or improve the application used. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
